Stay In Place

Okay​ ​so​ ​just​ ​going​ ​to​ ​get​ ​this​ ​out​ ​of​ ​the​ ​way​ ​and​ ​say​ ​that​ ​this​ ​is​ ​one​ ​of​ ​my​ ​favorite​ ​ways​ ​to have​ ​my​ ​hair​ ​styled.​ ​Anytime​ ​I​ ​or​ ​someone​ ​else​ ​does​ ​it​ ​I​ ​love​ ​it​ ​and​ ​feel​ ​so​ ​pretty​ ​with​ ​the​ ​elegant​ ​curls.​ ​I don’t​ ​blow​ ​dry​ ​my​ ​hair​ ​a​ ​lot,​ ​I​ ​try​ ​to​ ​air​ ​dry​ ​as​ ​much​ ​as​ ​possible​ ​but​ ​the​ ​day​ ​we​ ​took​ ​these​ ​I​ ​used the Kérastase L’incroyable​ ​Blowdry​ ​Crème​ ​and​ ​got​ ​a​ ​blowout.​ ​It​ ​felt​ ​so​ ​good​ ​to​ ​have​ ​some​ ​volume​ ​again​ ​;)​ ​I​ ​love​ ​to​ ​use L’incroyable​ ​Crème because​ ​the​​ ​formula contains ​non-sticky​ ​beeswax​ ​micro​-particles​ ​and​ ​when​ ​the product​ ​is​ ​applied​ ​onto​ ​damp​ ​hair,​ ​it​ ​forms​ ​a​ ​layer ​over the hair fiber. ​Once​ ​heat​ ​is applied​ ​and​ ​the​ ​micro​ ​particles​ ​melt,​ ​the​ ​style​ ​is​ ​locked​ ​in​ ​and​ ​the​ ​micro​ ​particles​ ​can​ ​then​ ​be​ ​reactivated with​ ​the​ ​use​ ​of​ ​additional​ ​heat,​ ​so​ ​I​ ​can​ ​style​ ​my​ ​hair​ ​multiple​ ​times​ ​or​ ​different​ ​ways​ ​throughout​ ​the​ ​week. It​ ​is​ ​especially​ ​good​ ​for​ ​styles​ ​like​ ​this​ ​where​ ​you​ ​want​ ​everything​ ​to​ ​take​ ​shape​ ​and​ ​stay​ ​in​ ​place. The new L’incroyable​ ​Crème is perfect for my thick hair, but there is also a regular L’incroyable Blowdry Lotion for finer to normal hair too.

I​ ​wish​ ​I​ ​could​ ​say​ ​we​ ​went​ ​somewhere​ ​fancy​ ​but​ ​we​ ​didn’t​ ​–​ ​just​ ​a​ ​little​ ​day​ ​date​ ​which​ ​was​ ​necessary​ ​after David​ ​being​ ​out​ ​of​ ​town​ ​for​ ​a​ ​week.​ ​I​ ​really​ ​want​ ​to​ ​be​ ​more​ ​regular​ ​at​ ​dates​ ​even​ ​if​ ​the​ ​only​ ​time​ ​we​ ​can get​ ​a​ ​sitter​ ​is​ ​during​ ​the​ ​day​ ​:)​ ​David​ ​and​ ​I​ ​usually​ ​take​ ​a​ ​selfie​ ​after​ ​we​ ​shoot​ ​a​ ​campaign​ ​like​ ​this.​ ​I normally​ ​share​ ​them​ ​on​ ​my​ ​personal​ ​insta​ ​page​ ​but​ ​I​ ​might​ ​post​ ​the​ ​one​ ​from​ ​this​ ​shoot​ ​on​ ​my​ ​insta.​ ​We always​ ​end​ ​shoots​ ​with​ ​a​ ​selfie​ ​or​ ​boomerang​ ​sesh​ ​haha​ ​cause​ ​I​ ​mean​ ​why​ ​not​ ​take​ ​MORE​ ​pictures​ ​after taking​ ​pictures?​ ​Right?
